FIRST PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LIMITED is a building and civil engineering company established in August 2002 in Nigeria as a limited liability company, to provide design and construction services to various clients both in the public and private sectors of the economy.  We have handled several projects in virtually all parts of the federation.

Our main line of operation is Civil and Building Engineering.

We provide appropriate, effective and efficient service to clients while keeping to the tenets of the profession and all the relevant laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our experience covers various aspects of Building - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Water and Highway Engineering Design and Construction.

We have well experienced and highly qualified staff fully motivated to perform effectively and qualitatively as per the need of our clients. We make the maximum use of locally available manpower and materials, but of the best quality.
